Allen graduated from the University of Technology of HCMC, majoring in High-Quality Civil Engineering, and completed his Master of Business Administration program in Melbourne, Australia.

During his investment internship at Savills Vietnam, Allen developed a robust foundation in the real estate investment field. His responsibilities included evaluating real estate projects using financial models like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Direct Capitalization, along with producing investment teasers for potential buy-side clients.  This role honed his analytical skills and exposed him to the intricacies of facilitating contractual agreements between clients. These experiences directly translate to his current role as an Investment Analyst at Intercontinental Property. The analytical techniques and client management skills he developed at Savills have been instrumental in allowing him to assess market trends, identify lucrative opportunities, and structure investment strategies that align with his firm’s objectives. His seamless transition from an intern to an analyst demonstrates his capability to adapt and thrive in the investment industry.
